Lee Vanderpool holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Studio Art from the University of Texas Austin and a Master of Fine Arts from the Yale School of Art. He is a recipient of the Barry Schactman Prize for excellence in painting and has been an artist in residence at Abron’s Art Center, New York and Further On Air in Amagansette, New York. Lee has exhibited his work in Texas, Connecticut, Korea and New York.
