Isabela Capeto's career began when she graduated from the Accademia di Moda in Florence, Italy, in 1990. Before starting her own brand, Capeto worked for four years creating prints at Fábrica Bangú, and between 1995 and 2003, she worked with three important Brazilian brands: Maria Bonita, Maria Bonita Extra and Lenny. In 2003, she opened her own studio. In 2004, she won the "fazDiferença" award, an award given annually by Organizações GLOBO. Since then, the brand has held biannual showrooms in Paris, and its pieces can now be found in more than twenty countries, including Japan, the United Kingdom, France and the United States. The international media has highlighted the designer, who has already received mentions in Collezione Donna, Conde Nast Traveller, Teen Vogue, ID, Jalouse, Elle France and Vogue América. After successfully debuting at Fashion Rio in 2004, Isabela debuted at São Paulo Fashion Week. From 2011 to 2016 she developed four children's collections for the chain C&A. Recently, she created a line of glasses at Chilli Beans. In December 2014, she joined the FFW list of the 50 most "stylish" Brazilians in fashion.
