Angelo Bucci is an architect. He is the founder and director of SPBR, 2003. He teaches Architecture at the University of Sao Paulo since 2001. His work in his office and at the Academy have been running together and have defined his approach in regards to his practice. His professional demands are usually taken as opportunities for investigating new possibilities. He has been a visitor professor of schools in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Italy, Switzerland (ETH Zurique, 2013-2014) and United States (ASU, 2005; Berkeley, 2006; GSD Harvard, 2008; UT Austin, 2010; Yale, 2013 and MIT 2008, 2016, 2017 and 2018). In 2011 he was appointed an honorary member of the Institute of American Architects — HF AIA. His work has been widely disseminated internationally through publications, conferences and exhibitions.
Marina Correia is an architect graduated at The City University of New York in 2016. She has a Master in Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design (2013) and a PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Sao Paulo — USP (2019). Since 2013, her professional practice as an architect stands for the democratization of culture and education. Her work encompasses the areas of building construction, urban design, interiors and exhibitions. Between 2017 and 2018 she taught postgraduate students at Spitzer School of Architecture. She currently teaches at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro — UFRJ. Recently she coedited the book Urbanismo Ecológico na América Latina (Harvard Graduate School of Design e Editora GG, Barcelona, 2019). She coordinates Museu Nacional: Ação Projetual e Contra-Visualizações initiative and is also a member of the Council of Núcleo de Pesquisa e Documentação at the University of Rio de Janeiro.
